When design principles are applied to strategy and innovation, the success rate for innovation dramatically improves, it can help in cost reduction, solving complex problem, business growth, happy customers , employees etc. Also, Designing is more than creating products and services; it can be applied to systems, procedures, protocols, and customer experiences etc.

Amit is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and expert in devising design thinking methodology. He mentors MSMEs and startups on business strategy, process improvement and building technology roadmap.
