The Government of India has launched a scheme called ADEETIE (Assistance in Deploying Energy Efficient Technologies in Industries & Establishments) 💡to help MSMEs save energy, reduce electricity bills, and grow faster.

What MSMEs Will Get:
Subsidy (discount) on loans to buy energy-saving machines
Expert help and advice to improve energy use
New energy-efficient tools and technology
Awards and recognition for saving energy

The scheme is based on successful projects already done in Andhra Pradesh for MSMEs in gold, jewellery, pharma, and food processing. These businesses saved money and reduced pollution — now it’s being expanded across India.

This is part of India’s mission to:
Use less energy per unit of production by 2030
Become a Net Zero (carbon-neutral) country by 2070
Visit the ADEETIE portal and fill out the “Willingness Form” or Expression of Interest to register your interest
Scheme runs until FY 2027–28, with enrolments open up to 31 March 2028
