Announced in the Union Budget 2026–27, the programme is being implemented jointly by ICAI, ICSI and ICMAI under the guidance of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), with support from SWAYAM Plus, IIT Madras and IITM Pravartak.
➡️What is the Corporate Mitra Programme?
The programme aims to create a nationwide pool of certified para-professionals to support MSMEs in:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
GST & Taxation
Financial Management
Statutory Compliance
Secretarial Services
Cost & Management Services
➡️Key Highlights
12-month programme: 150 hours of online learning + 6 months of on-the-job training.
First batch limited to 2,000 candidates (including 200 seats for the North Eastern Region).
Open to graduates and final-year students up to 30 years of age.
Registration fee: ₹3,000 + GST, with a 50% concession for women candidates and candidates from the North Eastern Region, Himalayan Regions, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep.

✅ Register on SWAYAM Plus.
✅ Complete 150 hours of online learning.
✅ Finish 6 months of on-the-job training.
✅ Clear the centre-based MCQ assessment conducted by ICAI, ICSI and ICMAI. ✅Candidates who complete the programme and secure at least 50% overall marks will receive the Corporate Mitra Certificate from SWAYAM Plus.
